I am currently a fourth-year Ph.D. student supervised by Prof. Yun-hui Liu in the robotics institute (CURI), The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Now, I am working with Prof. Iulian Iordachita and Prof. Russell H. Taylor as a visiting student at Johns Hopkins University in the Laboratory for Computational Sensing + Robotics. Prior to my Ph.D studies, I received B.E. degree at Chongqing University, China.
My research interests are the developments of robotic surgical components and systems including variable stiffness joint, robot-assisted uterus manipulator, steady hand eye robot and nasal robot, as well as the corresponding force and vision-based control algorithms, with emphasis on both scientific and engineering aspects.
